Cancelation Policy
A cancellation policy is in effect for parties of 10 or less, requiring a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to the lūʻau. Groups of 10 to 20 guests require a 72-hour notice of cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
The lūʻau is primarily held outside but may be moved indoors without notice, depending on weather and other circumstances. In the event that the lūʻau is canceled before the start of the event, customers will receive a full refund. In the event of inclement weather during the lūʻau, no refunds will be made once the show has commenced.
Any discrepancies must be submitted within two weeks of the lūʻau date. No rate adjustments will be accepted after that date.
